We had a fantastic experience as first-time home buyers working with Andrew Johnston! We had a challenging home search due to our personal constraints for the home's location, and Andrew was extremely helpful in educating us about the entire process, researching each area we were interested in, and providing thoughtful insights about each home that we toured and offer strategies. When we were ready to buy our home, Andrew helped guide us through every step and was SO organized! He scheduled and followed up on every inspection and service appointment, made sure we were up to date on our paperwork and requirements, and overall ensured that nothing fell through the cracks. We are so grateful to have worked with Andrew on buying our first home and for his experience and expertise. We felt he always helped us make the best decisions for us, and appreciated his open communication, organization, and patience. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

I was given Andrew Johnston's name by a friend and told him early on that my main goal was to sell my house with as little stress as possible. Andrew always kept this in the forefront of his mind, and strove to make it happen for me. He stepped up and took on lots of things that probably would have normally fallen on the seller to do, and I greatly appreciated it. He is a really good communicator, advisor and confidant. He made my options very clear to me and gave me his opinions, but ultimately left decisions up to me without any judgement. I really appreciated that. Andrew put a ton of effort into making the house look its absolute best and arranged for very effective and affordable staging. The result was multiple offers and a final selling price that I couldn't have been more pleased with. I highly recommend Andrew if you're looking for an agent in the Durham/Chapel Hill area!!
