Kayla has been wonderful to work with! She has been attentive and asked helpful questions throughout our engagement ring/wedding band process. When we arrived for our appointment, she was finishing up with another client, but all of the staff made sure we were taken care of until we could begin with Kayla. Thank you!
We worked with Vicky and she was great to deal with! I came into the store not know what I wanted for an engagement ring. She showed me quite a few options and of course I liked certain things on each ring she showed me… She told me we could design the ring with everything I loved from each ring and I could not be happier with the outcome! I highly recommend her to anyone!
Ethan recently helped us to purchase a fabulous chain for a pendant we have. He was very friendly and helpful with offering different lengths, types and even provided lighting options to optimize the experience. When discussing clasp sizes, Ethan offered to consult with goldsmith Jason, who worked on exchanging to a larger size for better management, while we waited. We were able to leave the same day with exactly what we wanted. Excellent experience!
My stepdad purchased an anniversary ring for my mom. I was surprised because she was rarely wearing it. I asked her why and she commented that it hurt to wear and left indentations in her finger. My stepdad mentioned that he chose Kesslers because of the Miraculous Warranty. My sister and I went with Mom to Kesslers. We arrived and spoke with the gal at the entry counter. We were told there was nothing that can be done. I showed them the picture of the indentations and asked if they could round off something or take another look but she doubled down that there was nothing they could do. She cleaned the ring and sent us on our way. I stopped by Chalmers a few days later, the jeweler took a look and offered a solution in less than five minutes. It’s too bad my stepdad had purchased the ring from Kesslers, their Miraculous Warranty is clearly not that miraculous. The entire team at Chalmers was so friendly, we will happily be supporting them moving forward. Pretty disappointed in Kesslers, feels like they took advantage of my elderly parents.
While visiting from FL we stopped in to have my ring cleaned and buffed. Chris immediately took care of us. Once done, he asked if he could help with anything else. I sheepishly asked if they could clean another ring of mine NOT purchased from Kesslers. I had a homemade sizer on the back because it's too big. Chris not only cleaned my alien ring but removed my homemade sizer and gave me a rubber one! Talk about above and beyond. This is just another example of why I love Kesslers.
