Disappointed with the customer service and wouldn't recommend. I've been coming here for years as it’s near my work, and I just recently placed an online order. I previously had great experiences with lovely girls like Lily and Joanne, who were always very kind and happy to help with arrangements. Unfortunately, that seems to have changed. Today I came to ask for a favour, I bought some handmade crochet flowers from a small independent knitter as a gift but they were just stems and I asked if i could get them wrapped up to look like a bouquet. I said I would be willing to pay. The staff were very dismissive and barely acknowledged me, and the response was curt and really condescending, as if I was bothering them by interrupting their lunch, which made the whole interaction very awkward and uncomfortable. I understand if they didn't want to do it, but the way it was handled made me feel very unwelcome and dismissed. I'm not sure if the management changed as some recent reviews mention poor customer service. I ended up going to another florist in the CBD and had a much better experience. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend going there now.
La Petal was amazing! The staff were able to create a beautifully wrapped bouquet of preserved flowers of my choosing in just under 30 minutes. They were very considerate of the fact that I was in a rush and my budget for the flowers. I would definitely come back in the future!
I had a great experience at this flower shop! The staff are very kind and friendly, and they have a beautiful selection of rare and unique flowers. Their prices are also very reasonable and suitable for everyone. Highly recommended!
The ladies at La Petal a very kind and helpful, I don’t know much about flowers and they assisted me in making a beautiful bunch to give to my friend based on her favourite colours. Highly recommend the lovely service here
The product is completely different from the pictures – seriously shoddy and deceptive! The bouquet I received looks nothing like the promotional photos. The quantity of flowers is significantly less, and the overall arrangement feels cheap and carelessly thrown together. There’s no sense of design or quality at all. I’ve never ordered such a disappointing bouquet before. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a special anniversary. Absolutely awful experience. Avoid this store at all costs!
