I’ve been to Lady Neptune twice now and both visits were genuinely incredible. The whole space is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated. It’s such a calm, comfortable environment and you can tell everyone there really cares about their craft. I’ve seen both Marcelle and Rebecca and they were equally fantastic. They took the time to really listen to what I was hoping for, asked thoughtful questions, and helped me put words to the cut and color I had in my head but couldn’t fully explain. I never felt rushed or pushed toward something I didn’t want. Their attention to detail and expertise really show, and I left both appointments feeling like the absolute best version of myself. It’s rare to find a salon where you trust multiple stylists completely, but that’s exactly how I feel about Lady Neptune. I can’t see myself going anywhere else. 1,000,000/10 ⭐
I’ve been coming to Lady Neptune and seeing Michelle for almost 2 years now, and as you can see, I’ve asked for a lot and I’ve never left disappointed. I’ve never felt more beautiful or more myself than every time I’ve left the salon. Michelle is beyond talented at what she does, and always makes my hair dreams come true, no matter how wild. The salon is also so welcoming and warm, beautifully decorated, and filled with the kindest artists you could hope to find. Could not recommend Michelle or Lady Neptune enough to anyone and everyone!
Found Marcelle on IG and loved her work so I HAD to see her to do a color correction on my hair. She does such beautiful color work and I trust her fully to do any idea I have! The salon is comfy and friendly. Everyone will have you feeling comfortable & confident. Marcelle is my stylist for as long as I live in Seattle so she’s stuck with me forever!!! I will never go anywhere else!
Marcelle is pure magic! ✨ She completely nailed my low-maintenance mushroom brown vision and made the whole experience so fun. She’s warm, funny, insanely talented, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making your hair dreams come true. The salon is gorgeous and the whole team is a delight. Marcelle is truly a gem. Can’t recommend her enough! 💖
This was my first time at Lady Neptune and Al did an incredible job! She was absolutely amazing, and gave my lifeless hair the TLC it desperately needed. I grew up with Androgenic Alopecia and struggled with volume because of hair thinning at the crown. But Al angled the cut perfectly to highlight the areas with more volume, and cover the areas with thinning. As a previously fussy client at other salons, I couldn’t be happier with the service at Lady Neptune!
