I don't have a single complaint about this place. We came here for friends birthday and absolutely loved it. Even down to how it's tucked away in a residential street. The food was delicious, not too expensive, and the service was great. Definitely coming back.
Came here from word of mouth from so many people and I’m confused. Brick oven pizza: very doughy, not enough cheese or sauce, felt like you’re eating bread with flour on it. Was looking forward to it and wasn’t very disappointed. Also wasn’t hot. I felt that about most of the food. Most of the food felt like it was reused and given to us. Spicy calamari: not fresh. Felt like it was in heated in the microwave. Rubbery not fresh hot and crispy. Salad was good. Gave selection of bread and some oil. That was good. But menu says you get garlic bread and choice of pasta with entree. We picked shrimp francese and we were told it only comes with linguini. Okay.. Dessert was delicious. Service was great but they came to clear the table too fast and took the salad. Restaurant is small and cozy and nice. Valet parking is great. Overall the food is most important to me and I wasn’t thrilled. I hope to try again and see its potential as we’re losing our old style Italian restaurants.
The food was absolutely amazing! We brought our friends for the first time, and they loved everything. We had the spiedini appetizer, chicken and eggplant parmesan, meatballs, and carrot cake everything was delicious and full of flavor. 100% recommended!
Was looking for a great chicken parmigiana, and came across this place on a few lists. Let me tell you, Laico’s chicken parmigiana does not let you down! The chicken is thin, well breaded, and the portion of two large breasts means you’ll have a piece to take home. The side of pasta could use a little more sauce, but the real star of the show is definitely the chicken. Staff are always friendly and speedy. Expect to need to valet park your car due to the busy and crowded neighborhood street, but the Parker’s are always quick and efficient.
Really great place! It's been around for 52 years, same family has owned it the whole time. The food is tasty (especially the eggplant and chicken parmesans) and the prices are reasonable. Parking is very difficult but you can leave it with the valet (just plan on tipping him, that wasn't something I realized having never used a valet before and it was awkward to try to find a cash app that we both had) so don't let that scare you. It's an awesome experience and everyone is incredibly friendly. Great vibes. You should definitely go!
