I’m a discrete shopper. Before I do business with a store I really dig into reviews. Throwing the best and the worst out. I lost a diamond out of my pinky ring and decided I would like a ruby replacement. I went in and found the reviews didn’t disappoint. I’ve been in customer service businesses all my life and found Lees expertise and professionalism to be outstanding. He found a beautiful Ruby and I couldn’t be happier. He is now helping me find a grade A Jade bangle. I just can’t say enough and feel like I’ve found an honest friend.

Great experience with Lee! He worked with my partner and I to make a custom engagement ring that was better than I could have imagined! I appreciated his expertise in making the ring stylish, wearable and still unique to me. He showed us every step of the way from making the design to seeing the stones that would be included and made a digital design to replicate what the ring would look like in real life before creating it so we could make any changes if necessary. He was great to work with! Highly recommend him!!
My Wife and I were in tough spot and Lee came through big time for us!! I had waited a little too long to get a resizing done for our upcoming wedding. I had tried a few places to see if I could get some work done on a heirloom piece. The work was tough as the ring needed to increase by more than two sizes. Lee was incredibly calm in explaining our options and had us come in right away so he could take a look. He had Felix his goldsmith take the piece and he agreed with Lee's original assessment. The work was done flawlessly and quickly. Their expertise put us at ease and to top it all off they were fun to talk to. We can't say enough good things and will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks a lot Lee!!!
