Jessica saved the day. My family is arriving from overseas and we’ve been going back-and-forth with the delivery because of missing parts. She took it upon herself to deliver what was missing and did not leave my house until everything was set up. Thank you also to Jonathan for putting out the fire. You have an amazing team, keep it up 👍
Super dishonest. I bought a couch here three months ago that was never delivered. It was 1300$ and I have not received the couch nor a refund, despite being told it would be delivered in 3-5 days. I would avoid this place at all cost and will be reporting them to the BBB. Edit: couple points to clarify: I bought it in June. -the chair was delivered way outside of the 3 hour delivery window and they wouldn’t wait for me to get home so they left. -I have sent 5 emails since July and none of my emails have been returned. -zero efforts were made to reschedule -the “team” (one guy) was very nice and that is neither here nor there. -I have repeated multiple times that the way to get in touch with me is by email and you refuse.
Service and prices are fantastic and unbeatable especially when they have additional discounts. I have purchased several items and always had a great service and experience. Thank you.
The quality/price ratio is worth it! The polite service from patient floor manager Jonathan was very appreciated. Many treasures found at every visit. ❤️
My understanding is that their business model is to get various new furnitures and sell them at a bargain prices, till all gone. The explanations over the phone were good. I decided to purchase an office agronomic chair, as it's price was very reasonable. Surprisingly I could assemble it on my own (see pic.) meaning that everyone can. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase. There are no clear signs for the picking up area. In my case picking up wit public transportation was too challenging (but I made it). Pros: * Price * Good service * Product looks OK & it's comfort. Cons: * All sales are final. * There are no delivery / assembly services. * You must pick-up by 4 PM (Sunday closed,). * The model/maker is unknown at purchase.
