I didn't know what to expect but I have been pleasantly surprised by Zack's skills as a trainer. I've had other personal trainers before and have had memberships to box gyms, bootcamps, and public gyms but as I near fifty, felt i needed a different style of training. Zack has been able to help me gain 10 lbs of pure muscle with just 30 min a day workouts, and giving me back a gift of time in my already busy life schedule. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer who cares about results and knows how to develop achievable fitness and nutritional goals for his clients. I cant wait to begin my cut to really show off what he's been able to help develop in such a short time.
I have been training with Zach for the last 9 months and have added over 20 lbs of muscle. I've struggled with working out consistently since I got out of the Marine Corps. I am 6 months in with Zach, and it has been the best experience yet. Zach does not let you Quit, if you want results and are looking for consistency in a Trainer, he is your go too Guy!!
