We’ve had a lot of remodeling done over the past two years, and Lonestar Landscape was by far the best experience we’ve had with any company. They completely transformed our outdoor space — front and back. The scope of work was extensive: they re-sodded both our front and back yards, added decorative gravel along the entryway, around the pool equipment, and along the back fence, extended our pool deck, moved our pergola, built a new retaining wall, remodeled our pool area, upgraded our landscape lighting, and added and rerouted French drains. Throughout the project, Kevin was the best project manager we’ve ever worked with. He was always quick to respond, kept us updated every step of the way, and even gave us advance notice if weather delays affected the schedule. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The transformation is night and day. Our backyard used to be nothing but weeds and dirt — now it’s a beautiful, functional space. The area behind the new retaining wall is perfect for the kids to play, and we’re planning to put a playground there soon. The crew took hundreds of photos throughout the process to keep Kevin in the loop, and he stayed on top of every detail. At one point, he noticed that some of the stones delivered didn’t look quite right, contacted us immediately to confirm, and arranged to have the correct ones delivered right away. We couldn’t be happier with the results and the level of professionalism from start to finish. If you’re looking for a landscaping company that truly cares about quality and customer experience, Lonestar Landscape is the one to hire.
Tristan and his crew did a wonderful job for us. We are a new build on over 2 acres so he helped us with how to design in 3 phases. We gave him freedom to do our planters with his own design and he exceeded our expectations. He also installed our sprinkler system, several French drains and laid sod which is doing great. We highly recommend him for any job large or small. It is obvious he takes pride in his work and we are so happy we choose him. We will be using him again for a retaining wall and more sod in the future!
Kevin and his team were great! We asked him to make recommendations to improve privacy and increase usable space in our back yard and he put together a proposal that included a retaining wall to create a level space, new fences, reconfiguring the sprinkler system and adding a huge pergola and paver patio. I had contacted several other contractors, but none came up with as comprehensive a plan as Kevin. I was pleasantly surprised that Kevin's pricing was not greater than other bids I received and, in the end, the project was completed within the original budget. Throughout the project - from planning to completion - Kevin worked closely with us to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the work. As the work progressed, we asked for several changes to the original plan and Kevin and his crew always responded quickly and efficiently. During demolition and construction phases, the crews were respectful of our property and careful not to damage surrounding structures and plants. I was impressed at how thoroughly they cleaned up at the end of each workday, and they even offered to haul off extra construction debris I had accumulated from prior projects. Kevin has done a great job of hiring and training competent, service-oriented workers. The end result was a new outdoor living space that is even better than we had imagined! Kevin and his entire team were thoughtful, honest, hard-working, creative, friendly and accommodating. We could not be more pleased!
Team came out before construction. Confirmed all design plans. We're quite far from their offices and the heat was ridiculous while working our project. Hard working team any problems were brought to our attention immediately. Kevin was great making sure his fellow Marine Corps veteran was happy (the customer) Project took longer than expected due to detail work and overwhelming heat but it looks amazing. Junior was our lead guy on sight and was easy to work with and resolve any issues. We always want to support veteran owned businesses. Highly recommend this company
I really enjoyed working with Kevin and Lonestar Landscape! Their service was a 5 ⭐️ experience! I loved how each day his team showed up in uniform and company trucks exemplifying their professionalism! Kevin was easy to work with. Did a great job communicating throughout the process! Lonestar installed a retaining wall over 100 feet long with drainage system. Also, installed a putting green with drainage system. I look forward to working with Lonestar Landscape in the future! Awesome service I highly recommend Lonestar Landscape!!!
