Great service and and fantastic cocktails. My steak was seasoned perfectly and cooked as I ordered but the meat was tough for a medium temperature. I really liked the quieter atmosphere over their competition.
First time eating at a Longhorn Steakhouse. I was pleasantly surprised. The wife and I were having our car serviced at a nearby location. We decided to come here because it was within walking distance and it was something different. We had a late lunch that included the cheeseburger plate with fries and bleu cheese salad. A chicken strawberry salad plate with lobster chowder. An Old Fashioned and a Spiked strawberry lemonade. That was a dang good half pound burger cooked to medium perfectly. Great bleu cheese dressing. The Old Fashioned was particularly good. My wife enjoyed her salad as well as the lobster chowder.. which was Gluten Free. She also enjoyed her spike lemonade which was pretty cool looking. Wish I would have gotten more pics of the food.. but we were hungry, haha. Vanessa our server was attentive to our needs. Glad we found something new and enjoyable. We'll be returning in the future when we are in town.
I had the pleasure of being seated in Linda’s section, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She helped us find exactly what we wanted, made excellent drink recommendations, and went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. Her service was outstanding!
Some of the okra had too much salt Even so the okra was the highlight of the meal. The mac and cheese was inedible. Two or three bites and that was all I could take. I think it was the bacon. The mashed potatoes should have spent another 30 seconds in the microwave. The chicken fried steak was good but I was expecting great. If you have friends from out of town they might like the authentic western atmosphere. Service was above average but then again I was alone.
We had a great evening. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. She kept our glasses full and checked on us. Our meal was delicious. My only suggestion would be to adjust the lighting as it was a bit too dim and we had to use our phone lights to read the menu. Turning up the lights would be appreciated.
