An exceptional experience at Lovelle! From the moment I walked into the store, the team made me feel so welcomed and looked after. Their communication throughout the process was amazing — transparent, knowledgeable, and reassuring every step of the way. Once we chose our ring and completed payment, they arranged delivery seamlessly and kept me updated until it arrived. Customer service was truly A1, and the whole experience felt personal and memorable. I absolutely love my diamond ring — it’s stunning! 💎✨
My wife is from Canada so when I proposed I had a snowflake ring made. 10 years on and I needed something special once more. Lovelle had an amazing snowflake ring but I wanted a set of earrings instead. They were more than accommodating and were amazing to communicate with and kept my updates throughout. I needed these posted and they took amazing care, took photos before sending and everything arrived and is amazing. Faultless service and amazing craftsmanship. Highly, highly recommend.
The communication with the seller was great from the start — always kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. The rings arrived earlier than expected and looked beautiful right out of the box. My wife’s band is delicate, solid, and absolutely stunning. She finds it super comfortable and we were both really happy with how it turned out. At first, I was disappointed with the men’s band. There was a recessed area underneath that made it uncomfortable to wear — it felt like two dull edges pressing into my finger and left marks. It didn’t feel as solid as I expected, and I honestly wouldn’t have bought it if that detail had been mentioned. **Updated Review** But when I shared this feedback, the seller offered to fix the issue by filling in that part of the ring (for a extra fee). I just received the updated version and it’s a huge improvement — much more comfortable and feels way better on the finger. I really appreciate that they listened and found a solution. I’d definitely recommend they offer this updated version as the standard design (see the third photo I attached). Overall, really happy with the experience and thankful for the great support!

I was recently engaged in Paris and everyone has complimented my ring saying that it’s absolutely gorgeous 🥰 I couldn’t recommend Lovelle enough, I am so glad that I stumbled upon their store and won’t be going to any other jeweler for sure. From start to finish, the team at Lovelle have been nothing but helpful and understanding. Myself and my fiance started the process of having a custom made engagement ring made with another jeweller however when that didn’t work out I found Lovelle. From approving the CAD, to my ring arriving today it took just under 5 weeks. They were very accomodating when I wanted to make changes and provided advice on design. Customer service was fantastic, with quick and reliable communication even outside of business hours whenever I had a question. The finished product is absolutely stunning, and came packaged beautifully. Over the moon, I highly recommend these guys, couldn’t be happier!
