Our experience here was amazing! They allowed us to change appointment locations, provided amazing customer service, talked us through our decision making process, they validated our parking, and the dog was friendly and adorable! All around this was an amazing experience and we will be back!
I recently visited Lucky Gold in Oak Park with my boyfriend and we both had a great experience! The shop is by appointment only so the girl who helped us, Lexie was ready to get started as soon as we showed up. We each got a bracelet with a small charm, and both felt the quality was really nice! Lexie was very kind and efficient, making the process quick and enjoyable. Everything was also well-organized making it easy to look through our options, which we really appreciated. If you’re considering permanent jewelry, I’d recommend checking this place out. Really fun and cute idea to do with someone special! 💖🥰

I’ve gotten two bracelets here with my partner and best friend and have loved the experience every time. She will work with you to find the perfect chain length and the process goes super smoothly. Really fun way to make a memory with a loved one!
Jill was absolutely amazing! I booked an appointment through her website (super easy and simple), showed up to her super cute studio and had a great overall experience. She had tons of chain options and was very friendly and patient as I made my decision on what type of bracelet I wanted. The whole process was quick too, and she even offered resizing and free fixes in case anything happened to the bracelet. I highly recommend her for permanent jewelry! 10/10
