The food was absolutely wonderful. Don't plan on an in an out unless you call your order ahead, it is definitely not a fast food joint. The service was not bad it just wasn't friendly it was just service. I will definitely go again and would highly recommend their food.

My favorite spot to eat at, this was the second time I recieve unpleasant presentation of my food. My cheese burger rolls was over cooked onion rings literally came like this 😠 and my husband reuben burger was so dry over powered with mayo and the cheese was wasn't melted. Food was cold and we spent $67.82 including my kids meals. So disappointed I come in with a family of 6 all the time we visit south side Main Event and this time my experience was unforgettable because we love eating here to find a good burger / lemonade or fireweed Tea. I don't know if they chef change but my experience was unexceptable.

So I’m leaving this review after already having a prior experience that was not to pleasant (got a burger that was WAY undercooked a week ago, and yes, I did get sick from it), and after informing the owner with photo evidence, was given a credit, and decided to give it one more try, the benefit of a doubt as they say. So for this go around I ordered a Reuben sandwich, that had no thousand island sauce or sauerkraut on it, BONE DRY, will attach a photo for evidence, the bread was also atrociously dry, and for bonus points, the woman/ cashier that gave my order to my wife was very stand-off ish with her, so to surmise, will no longer be giving my money to this establishment,

I give my experience an ABSOLUTE A+ in every area! This was my first experience and I can confidently say BEST Burger in All of Alaska. 👨‍🍳💋👌🏻 Chef Kiss Amazing! Super friendly atmosphere and great music. I can’t wait to come back. Their menu is fantastic as well. So many delicious choices that beg to all be tried. Definitely coming back with friends and family to enjoy this amazing must experience place.

Having been introduced to Main Event Grill via the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, I thought, I am well overdue for me to try one of their burgers! So yesterday I ordered to go, a Kenai Burger! I was well impressed. Spice and flavor were just right! I felt as if I was devouring a gourmet burger no doubt! They made my lunch a MAIN EVENT! Everything was quality! From the burger to the bread and the garlic fries were a delightful side. Presentation in the lunch bag was neat and great too! How did they know I needed that much ketchup and napkins?! Thank you!! Plus the owners have a good testimony. God bless you friends!
