Extremely disappointing experience. We booked a $160 VIP lane expecting a premium experience, and it was anything but. Our dedicated server repeatedly forgot about us, leaving us sitting with no service. When someone else was finally sent over, instead of fixing the issue, they asked about the check three separate times while basic service was still lacking. This was supposed to be a special night for my wife’s birthday, and it completely missed the mark. Poor service, zero attention to detail, and no sense of urgency or care. Definitely not worth the VIP price, and not an experience we’d repeat.
This place is perfect for kids and parents! There are so many different arcade games, air hockey, laser tag and bowling. They serve food and have a bar. This place is worth every penny you spend!
Lots to do here. Card loading process is easy and fast, and you can manage your account online. You can get toys out of the claw machines, but often the claw is too weak to even budge the larger stuffies. Food is convenient but pricey for the food. Service was friendly but eemed way understaffed.
We celebrated a birthday here. Food was good. Pizza crust was surprisingly light and yummy. Smash burger taco was also good. As for service when playing games, few employees were around. Maybe that's because it was a Tuesday. Last, spruce up dining area and improve customer service and this place would be awesome.
"IMPRESSIVE!" On Saturday, June 28, I toured the Main Event, a multipurpose recreational facility in Huntsville, Alabama. It certainly seems like a VERY nice facility with a large variety of interesting choices of activities to entertain the entire family.
