I’ve been coming here for the last few years and I have to say it’s always great service. This hidden gem not only does fantastic service when it comes to tuning watches and fixing and crafting jewelry but they also have great pieces for sale. It’s in house so they won’t need to send off your items and you need to come back in a week which is something I love.

I went to a store and had the battery in my watch changed. They used a Renata brand battery, which costs $4 for a pack of four at Walmart. However, they charged me $30 for change battry. The couple who run the store were uneducated and did not show any respect to me as a customer. Even after I told them about the price of the battery, they accused me of lying. I will never go to that store again and I advise everyone else not to go there at all.
