A really wonderful experience. You can tell that John has enormous experience with furniture repair. We had a couch and armchairs that were nearly 30 years old and very much showing their age, and he brought them completely back to life. Strongly recommended.

We salvaged an outdoor lounge and after re-caning the chair backs all the was needed were new seating pads. A big thank you to Kerrie & John @McConnell Upholstery for not only helping to select the perfect fabric but making up beautiful seating pads 🙏

Absolutely love my newly reupholstered chairs from McConnell‘s. John’s service was fantastic from the start. He assisted me to find the right materials for the look I was after, and the standard of work in the final product is beautiful, and the chairs are so comfortable to sit in now.
