I can’t thank this workshop enough for the amazing support when my daughter had a car accident and was alone in Adelaide. They checked her car, made sure it was safe, and helped her get back on the road — giving this mum, 400km away, so much peace of mind. We couldn’t get the repairs done there, but I’m sure their work would be just as excellent as their 10/10 customer service. Truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism!
Extremely disappointed with the service I received here. The person at the front desk quoted me $6,000 for a front-end collision repair (mostly on the right-hand side) without even properly inspecting the car. I had already been to several other repairers who quoted between $2,000–$3,000 for the same job. When I mentioned this, his response was, “Oh, if you can get someone to do it for that much, go for it,” said in a rude and dismissive tone. That level of arrogance and lack of professionalism was shocking. I came here based on a friend’s recommendation, but my experience was completely the opposite of what I expected. I even told them I could source the parts myself to reduce the cost, but they refused and insisted on using their own. A workshop that genuinely wants to help a customer would at least be open to options not shut them down instantly. It was clear they had no real interest in taking the job. The $6,000 quote felt more like an excuse to avoid doing the work rather than a genuine estimate. Definitely wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.
We had two cars repaired with Varrichio and were very impressed with the excellent workmanship and prompt service. Josh was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend their team!

I had a pretty nasty dent on my jeep drivers side above my tire. Took it in to Varricchio's Crash Repairs and they took great care of my car. Great service from the team, very helpful and friendly. Very happy with the repair. Highly recommend them.
