I came to MD Urgent Care for a pre-employment drug test and the staff was incredibly sweet, professional, and efficient. The whole process was quick and stress free. Highly recommend!!
Good. The place to go when unexpected illments appears suddenly. In my case my sciatica was acting up. A good shot and pain away. Doc is nowlegable, atentive, nurce was grate too. The front desk took care of the paperwok with a smile. Do recomend MD now for your urgent care needs.
One of the best and most generous offices for health and general wellness. Amazing staff members including Kassandra, Lashonda, and Breslin were such amazing and considerate to my symptoms. I highly recommend this MD now for any health related issues. THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE HELP!!!!!!
You have an appointment well that doesn't matter. My wife made an appointment at about 5:15 pm. The website responded with an our wait or with 15 minutes of 6:40 pm. I was brought in at 7:26 pm. The nurse goes about asking me my symptoms and family history. Then swabs my nose for covid/flu. He then says we will have results in 10-15 minutes. I laid down for a bit but was now getting desperate to go home since it was 8:15 pm. I went outside and asked to please provide my results so that i can go home. The doctor said i have seen 70 patients which i responded with i am sorry but it should not take this long. Finally a nurse came back and said you are negative, you are free to go home. I left but did not receive any treatment plan. Tomorrow i will go to Baptist Urgent care a few minutes south. Don't waste your time or mental well-being go up the road to a much better Urgent care where they care about their patients.
This location is VERY understaffed. I came in for a simple urinalysis and it took two hours for an appointment that once I went in the back took 2 mins. Once I urinated in the cup, the MA on duty did not seal my sample and just left it on top of the cabinet where I put it. Hope everything comes out good, and the sample does not get contaminated. When asked, the MA said “I’ll do it now sir” check in was a breeze, however the wait time, and professionalism was way under par.
