The best experience I have ever had. I had a custom ring idea that I thought would be difficult but Andrew helped me out and even came up with a better idea, really helped me arrive at the perfect ring. I would and will absolutely come back here and will be recommending my friends as well.
These guys are great! I went to nearly every jewelry shop in Reno to find a good store to buy my girlfriend a necklace. Most jewelry stores were either too pushy or dismissed me because I'm young and look poor. Erik was very helpful, approachable, and easy to work with. We ended up making a custom piece, and it came out stunning while maintaining my budget. I don't think I could have possibly found as brilliant of a stone for that price without their help. I'll recommend these guys to everyone I know.
We went to have some of my wifes jewelery repaired. Eric and Andrew are friendly and knowledgeable. We were impressed with the quality of the repairs. We decided to have them design a ring for my wife. This is our go to jewelery store.
Andrew was wonderful to deal with. We did a fully customized ring and he was extremely patient with all my questions and design revisions. Everything turned out exactly as we wanted it! Would highly recommend Midtown Diamonds!
Andrew and his team have been so great to work with! From the engagement ring to the wedding bands, everything was easy, yet precise. I came in knowing absolutely nothing about the process but Andrew expertly guided me towards the right choices. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
