I am in awe at the level of customer service provided here. A few weeks ago, I came to Millenia Auto Body for a quote. Very professional and timely but here is where things get a little wild. My car ended up breaking down right in their parking lot and I was stuck for hours with my 3 year old little girl. Someone noticed I had been there a while and I told them what happened with my car, it stopped shifting gears. They went above and beyond to help me that day without ever recieving a dollar from me. I was shocked at how far they went as a TEAM to help me get my car home and kept us comfortable and safe while we waited for help to arrive. This company used their own services to help me out that day and I cant stress enough how much that meant to me. I wish I would have gotten everyone's names that day but I didnt. Thank you all so so much from the bottom of my heart! Your team is amazing with their level of customer service and willingness to help. I will forever recommend people to you guys 💓
I would love to start by saying the recommendation for this body shop is A1 ! I’m super grateful for the team who worked on my vehicle you guys made the before and after a perfection that words can’t describe! I would also love to bring out to the light the passion this body shop has for their clients as a woman I love the custom thank you gift I received when I arrived to pick up my car ! A custom personal tumbler cup they made just specifically and special for me with my name on it definitely a shop who takes their customers into FULL consideration! Grateful always and may god always bless this business and the team they work with on a daily you guys truly outdid yourselfs!
Where do I begin, They did phenomenal work from customer service to the fine details of bodywork. They also have a 30 day update program too. This is my go to spot for all my bodywork needs, and they will be painting my future cars to come whenever they need some work. I have been looking for a shop to paint my old VW and I think I have found the place. They are certified, insured and take pride in their work. They take a little extra time, but for the end result, I personally think the wait is well worth it. This 30 ft car hauler did a number on my 2024 Golf R after being sideswiped in the exit lane when this guy cut me off all because he was about to miss his exit.
The whole team was friendly and knowledgeable. Omar and David were especially helpful. Fixed the grille on my Maserati Levante GT effortlessly. 100/100 would recommend. Top notch service
