In Nov Mitchell Roofing installed a standing seam metal roof on our house. The whole experience working with Mitchell Roofing was outstanding. Josh was absolutely terrific to work with on the quotes, was extremely knowledgeable on different roofing options and warrantees, and went above & beyond answering all of our questions. The Mitchell Roofing install team did a fabulous job - the job was complete in 3 days and on each day of the install the Mitchell team did an exceptional job cleaning up all of the debris around the house. The quote we received was very fair and was an excellent value given the outstanding service provided. We are so happy with our experience we will be using Mitchell Roofing for roof repairs on a rental property we own. We highly recommend Mitchell Roofing & Josh - they really do an outstanding job.
We just had the roof replaced by Mitchell Roofing, on our two properties, and we had a wonderful experience with them. Fair price and exceptional service from beginning (getting a quote) till finished work. Their crew showed great attention to detail, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care and professionalism. They kept us updated throughout the process and documented everything with pictures, so we always knew exactly what was happening. They covered our pool, laid out tarps for debris and used magnets to ensure that nails are not left in the yard or driveway. This crew deserves absolutely 10 out of 10. I had the pleasure of working with their service expert, Buddy Snider. He got us an estimate and was very good about promptly answering any questions we had. I was very happy with his service and the line of product and colors they offered. He went extra mile to bring me additonal shingle color boards, to help me get a visual on the colors I want. We went with Aged Coper and we are thrilled with the outcome. Also, a complimentary wind mitigation inspection was completed shortly after for both properties and reports were emailed promptly. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Buddy and the rest of the Mitchell team, and would wholeheartedly recommend this company and their crew to anyone looking for exceptional work and service.
I highly recommend Mitchell’s Roofing. Excellent work. They were on time and they actually completed my entire project before the time I excepted. Pedro and his crew were awesome! They cleaned up debris along the way and afterwards. They kept me updated as they worked on the roof through their app, which was great for me. And I appreciate the professionalism.
My experience with Josh and Armando and all the people who did the work on my roof did an excellent job getting the roof done in one day even though they had a lot of wood to replace. They didn't rush and the wood was cut perfectly. They kept cleaning up they yard all day long and also did one final cleanup and nail check all around the property. They were at my home for 12 hours that day. They were a great experienced team, I think it was 7 people. Before and after pics of home.
Rather lengthy review below but in short do I recommend Mitchell Roofing? Yes First, I want to say thank you to Josh and his team for their diligence and care. Josh had messaged and text me every step of the way; I have gotten more messages from him than I get from my family. Our story started when Hurricanes Helen and Milton ravaged our home. We had wind and water damage from the two storms. Worst of all, one of our trees had snapped off and fell onto the carport which broke the roofing trusses. Josh had directed us to contract a Contractor, which the City of St. Petersburg were requiring us to have an architectural engineer submit plans for a separate permit. Since the city had been flooded with permit requests after the storms, it took them three months to approve our permit. The roofing permit by Mitchell was very quick though. While we were waiting, Mitchell had tarped our roof so we didn't incur additional damage. That very act showed me that they put our well being over padding profit since they could have just left it as is and added on to our bill. When the day of work was scheduled to start, the Workers showed up early and were ready to go. I'm still amazed by the work that they did. They were courteous and professional throughout the day. I work from home and have many meetings. It was a very smooth day as the workers were cognizant of my needs. Before all of this, our roof was in such rough shape and was told that it was Bottom 5 Worse Roofs. It's now on the Top 5 Best Roofs! Our neighbors have stopped by to compliment us on our roof. I was concerned about the next storm or hurricane that could hit us but not anymore. Bring on the next Hurricane! You could contract a roofer that will do the job for less, but your materials won't be as good as what Mitchell uses. You could contract a roofer that uses cheap labor but you will get shoddy work and will have your roof fall apart in a couple of years. There are many roofing companies here in the bay area but none of them are on the top level like Mitchell Roofing is. Overall, I would highly recommend Mitchell Roofing.
