OMG! Paul is awesome. I called him, he troubleshot my issues over the phone and FaceTime! We had another Mobile guy that came to us and told us we need to change out our hydraulic pump which would be anywhere from $1000-$2000 to replace. I called Paul and he listened to the noises that our rig was making and told us what to do to troubleshoot it, we did that and he was dead on! We bought 2 new batteries, problem solved. $229 after paying the other guy. NEVER AGAIN! We will always call Paul and use Mobile Family RV! Thank you so much for all your help!
They did a great job getting our super slide retracted when our slide motor seized. They were technically proficient and professional. If we are ever back in the area with technical issues - we would definitely call them out again. Prices are in line with mobile service. Thank you again!
