One of the few places dedicated to PC mods and watercooling. You can pickup your orders locally if you call. Awesome team, adorable dog, and very helpful.
I had a very great experience with Josh and Modmymods! I wanted to add a HDD activity indicator LED to my existing case front panel - Josh was very responsive, understood my concept, and was happy to do my 100% custom mod. Once he got started, he sent me a note with feedback as the original plan was not going to work out, but he had an alternative and wanted to get my approval. The alternate option 100% met my needs, he made the mod, shipped it back, and everything is PERFECT. Thank you Josh and Modmymods! Strongly recommend!
These guys are great! I have been liquid cooling my PC for over a decade and I found them this year during a new build. They seem to be the only ones with Aquacomputer parts in stock, regularly, and they charge a fair price to boot. I have interacted with their customer service/support as well, which is excellent. Austin helped me a ton with my order and responded very quickly. I doubt I’m a huge customer, especially since I tend to order parts once every 5 years or so. Regardless, Austin helped me out big time and responded quickly each time. They clearly care about their customers! The only (minor) negative is they didn’t have all the parts I needed! So I had to go with another company for some specific parts to match the rest of what I had. Based on my experience, I’d much prefer to use them for 100% of my needs!
I have ordered multiple PC components (water cooling and non water cooling related) and everything has arrived within a reasonable time and in good shape. I have purchased from their amazon page as well as from their website directly (purchase from them directly, it's slightly cheaper). I ordered a pair of alpha cool radiators and one of them was not tapped for screws and the exchange process was fairly quick and efficient (amazon exchange). I am also located on the east cost so when they ship the items arrive quickly. There's a handful of companies that I use for the water cooling I have been doing recently, and I will be using mod my mods in the future.
Whoa! My experience was a little weird with ModMyMods at first. I don't locally live in their area but I ordered online. I requested a top Evolv X custom cut panel for better airflow to my radiator. After placing my order some time went by and I thought my order was either forgotten or a straight out bust lol but no after calling the shop and gentleman over then phone assured me they had not forgotten order. In fact they had just received my panel and were ready to start working on the laser cuts. So yeah this is actually typical wait time as they have to order the new panel first, then after receiving it they will work their magic on it. FYI it's gonna take a few weeks but it is definitely worth. It looks sexy, I am coming back for the front panel. Thank you guys, you guys did an absolute amazing job. Cheers all the way from TX!
