Greg Koo was very professional and great electrical technician. He got the job done correctly as we discussed. They value your electrical safety. I had put on a electrical surge protector for whole house. Two Emporia energy monitoring systems. Add a electrical outlet under sink and move the disposal switch. It all looks great and filunctions correctly.
Chris Miller with Mr. Electric Cincinnati East, has done three jobs for me over the past month. He has done an excellent job and he is wonderful to work with. He explains everything in great detail, and is very efficient with his time. I’m going to have Chris back within the next couple of weeks to do some more work. I always request Chris Miller.
Very professional and fantastic Customer Service! Chris Miller was our Service Professional. He was very knowledgeable, took time to answer all of my questions, walk me through and get my approval on his approaches prior to implementing them. They came out to do a free quote, including time and materials. Which was very helpful as compared to other electrician who just tell you it will be time and materials... Whatever that ends up being. 100% recommend Mr Electric and Chris Miller!!!
Could not recommend Mr Electric enough. Communication, up front pricing, honesty, and hard work. Donovan came across some issues while resolving my electrical issues but worked hard, in freezing temperatures, in the dark, to make sure we had power restored. I appreciate their honesty and dedication and 10/10 will use again.
Chris did very thorough work on multiple electrical updates required to sell our property. Before starting, he thoroughly explained the work needed and why. He presented an estimate and was able to do the repairs the same day. When completed, he walked us to each repair point, demonstrating it functioning properly. Chris was professional, polite and gave us detailed documentation so that we could go forth to closing assuring the new homeowners the repairs were completed. Thank you, Chris. We highly recommend this company.
