They gave me a decent price. I'm especially appreciative they honored my original quoted price even though I didn't end up paying the deposit and starting the job til about 6 mo's later. The install crew was great; the foremen was paitient and positive the whole time and answered my questions. Marc, my sales rep [who did my original quote] went above and beyond his job description getting me answers & coordinating things when others in the company would not return my texts/calls/emails. He and Tony were patient with my caution and all my questions during the process. Marc was proactive sending my Certificate of Completion and even came out on the first day of the job (the Fri. after Thanksgiving) to touch base with me. Definitely recommended. --12/28/25
Super service. I had siding replaced on front gable of my house. A thorough on site discussion of the project and estimated cost was given for the job on the front end by Marc. All questions were addressed. The work was done in timely fashion and the workers were very efficient, through and professional with a supervisor (Trent), who was an excellent communicator, on site through most of the work. When completed, except for the lovely new gable, you could not tell they had been there as the clean up on site was fabulous. The company made necessary functional repairs for issues uncovered during the job, ie backer board and moisture barrier, and notified me in advance explaining the issue and the associated cost. Trey provided me with photos of the various stages of the job for my use as homeowner. I am very pleased and would use Nashville Roofing again. I have dealt with many "contractors" in my 8 years in Nashville with many disappointments...my confidence in about finding quality professionals was restored in this case. And, BTW, for you women, as a female homeowner I was treated with respect.
Nashville Roofing Company has always come through for me when I need them. Tyson is skilled and knowledgeable in working with insurance claims, and helped me navigate that process with peace of mind. He and his team are super responsive, friendly and professional. Special shout out to Mark, who messaged me on a Saturday evening to make sure we were OK after hearing we had some tornado damage. Also kudos to Fitz, Chris and Dustin who did a great job on my recent repairs, even scheduling a second visit to make sure everything was just right.
We had bad damage to our barn roof. Our neighbor was having their roof on their house and garage repaired and we saw first hand how professional this company was. I spoke with them and went from there. I was given quotes for both shingles and metal. Their prices were right on. They were able to get excellent quality shingles to match our house so the barn and house were uniformed. Set up a time/date. Right on time. Everyone was professional, courteous. I can say these people were like family. They care. Very unique for this day and age. They texted me wanting to know if we were pleased with the job and continued to care well after the job has been completed. We proudly keep their business sign in our yard. I am adding a before and after pics of the barn roof. Trust me when I say that if you need a new roof and need it completed to your satisfaction, Nashville Roofing Company is through the roof with perfection!!!
I can't say good enough things about this company! Rob McDonald is a force to be reckoned with when dealing with insurance companies. He kept on ours for two years because they didn't think our 20 year old roof was damaged enough. A hailstorm last year started to change their minds but Rob's persistence paid off, the roof was replaced in August 2021 and is a much better roof than the original! Highly recomnended, from start to finish the absolute best, as you can see. Wish I could give ten stars!! You will not be disappointed!
