Looking to landscape 2m x 8m back garden. I am not a gardener and my landscaper was struggling to suggest plants that were suitable for climate but also fit my brief. How lucky was I to head out to Newman's Nursery, first time ever been there, and met with Karen. She was fantastic. So helpful, listened and put together exactly the plants and look I wanted. I am so happy to have design resolved and would highly recommend Newman's Nursery. The way the nursery is set out made it so easy to visuals what plants may look good together. They also have a lovely restaurant where we had something to eat and the best coffee. Go and see Karen or any other of the helpful pleasant staff. At least you can find someone to help unlike the big 'B' hardware store. Thanks Karen so much for your sharing your knowledge and being so helpful. And it was a lovely drive.
After a beautiful drive through the Adelaide Hills we arrived at Newman’s Nursery. Really conscious of where our dollars go, we were more than happy to support a beautiful, family owned, SA business. We left with quality products & pleasantly surprised at the great prices. Old fashioned, down to earth, friendly customer service in a boutique retail setting.
Fantastic local nursery. If you are looking for something special or just some colour this place is great. Friendly service, good prices, wide selection and they also offer advice to help your garden. The amazing restaurant topiary is also located here so shop for plants and have a 5 star meal.
Such a beautiful Nursery. Staff are so helpful, and don’t worry umbrellas are available for use if it happens to rain. Offers some beautiful ideas for Potts & garden features as well. Topiary Restaurant is also on the the premises so it’s very nice scenic views while brunching. Note: Restaurant closes between breakfast and lunch service 12-12:30
Un lugar hermoso y un gran café, aunque un poco caro. Hay todo tipo de árboles a la venta: frutales, de floración, etc. Y muchas flores. También hierbas y decoraciones de jardín. Hay una especie de sección sudamericana, que incluye cactus. El personal es amable y servicial. Aparentemente, el gato no está en venta.
