The quality of the work is excellent, and the crew was punctual and took pride in what they do. What really stood out was the cleanup. They went above and beyond by using a magnetic nail pickup tool to make sure no stray nails were left behind,. It also means a lot to work with a company like NextGen that genuinely cares about the community. Their commitment to giving back through their foundation shows they’re not just about great roofs, but about making a positive impact as well. David Bassett with NexGen Roofing truly exceeded our expectations. We found ourselves in urgent need of a last-minute roof inspection for our investment property in Keystone Heights, and David didn’t hesitate to step in, even after normal business hours, to make sure we were taken care of. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help on such short notice truly sets him apart! Not only did David complete a thorough inspection, but he also addressed a small repair right then and there at no additional charge. That type of integrity and customer-first service is hard to find, and it left a lasting impression on us. My experience with NexGen roofing was amazing ! I needed a small portion of my roof repaired due to a tree unexpectedly falling on my home. David worked with the price that my homeowners insurance were offering, he was very direct, professional and his team knocked out the process in a timely manner. No complaints.
We couldn't be happier with our experience with NexGen Roofing. Needing a new roof and not knowing the ins and out is quite overwhelming, but David Bassett helped us a lot. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He explained everything that they would be doing and the whole process went smoothly. The crew did an amazing job and made sure all the nails and trash were cleaned up. Highly recommend!!!
