We just moved to the area and North Paw was highly recommended by our neighbors! Spot on recommendation as our New pet patient visit and her monthly Addisons shot went smoothly and they got us an appointment in a very timely manner! Just an incredible place with awesome staff and doctors. I adopted my cats through the stray fund and they’re going on 5 healthy years coming to North Paw. From the start, I have never had a doubt that they truly care about my pets happiness and well-being. From routine check-ups to all-day dental visits and operations, the veterinary team and front desk staff have been communicative, kind, and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend Dr. Blum at North Paw Animal Hospital enough! He recently performed acupuncture on my cat, Tessa, and the results have been amazing. She has never seemed calmer or more at ease in her 14 years. The treatment has also noticeably helped reduce her feline dementia and GI symptoms. I really appreciate Dr. Blum’s integration of Eastern and Western veterinary approaches, which provides a well-rounded and holistic plan for her care. I am so encouraged by these positive changes and look forward to continuing her treatments, hoping they can also support her kidney disease. Dr. Blum’s expertise, care, and compassion truly make a difference. Vet tech Liz makes every visit for my cats easier and less stressful. Her knowledge and genuine care for pets and their parents shine every time. Liz has supported me through some of the toughest moments as a pet parent, and her guidance and encouragement made difficult decisions feel possible. She truly goes above and beyond at every visit. Dr. Heiztman and her assistant treated our baby Harper with the utmost care and love, as if she were their own. We are so grateful for their attention to detail and the constant updates they provide us while Harper was in surgery. They are truly the best and highly recommended them to all fur mommies and fur daddies.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about the incredible team at North Paw! From the moment I brought in my tiny rescue kitten, Finn, I felt completely supported, informed, and genuinely cared for by every staff member we encountered. Although I have past experience bottle-feeding kittens as a shelter volunteer, Finn is my first true bottle baby of my own—and I’ve never felt so seen and supported in the early, tender days of raising a kitten. Caroline, Angela, and Jamesa are each extraordinary—so kind, gentle, and compassionate in their care and service. Whether it was helping with Finn’s early eye issues, encouraging his weight gain, or answering my many questions with patience and warmth, they made me feel confident and encouraged every step of the way. Dr. Muse has been absolutely phenomenal; her calm, thoughtful guidance and clear affection for Finn made every visit feel hopeful and personal. Her feedback and advice have been invaluable to us. Thanks to this amazing team, Finn is thriving—healthy, playful, affectionate, and so full of life. I’ll always be grateful to North Paw for giving us such a strong and supported start for our sweet little guy. They are everything you want in a veterinary team: knowledgeable, kind, and wholeheartedly dedicated to the animals in their care.
