The world needs more Dr. Yogi’s I was here on a Tuesday back in November for ear pain. I was shocked when I got into a room immediately, the tech took my vitals asap, then 5 mins later, Dr. Yogi came in. Honestly one of the fastest intakes I’ve ever had anywhere. Dr. Yogi was so warm, so knowledgeable, and very fun to chat with. He took my concerns seriously and validated what I was worried about. I was done with the whole appointment in 25 mins, but he asked if he could give me some info on how to shorten my sick time this winter. Part of his advice was to take zinc with quercetin supplements the moment you feel sick or someone in the house is sick. This has genuinely helped IMMENSELY. I’ve had two colds since November and they were only 3 days long, instead of 8-9 days like previous years. I really liked meeting Dr. Yogi and honestly had a great experience.
If I can give 0 star I would. This is the worst clinic ever. I took my husband for some check up we got there at 5pm we waited two hours. At 7pm the medical assistant finally check my husband's vitals. We were the only people left even though we were the first one there. We just decided to leave we told them we were leaving because we were getting more exhausted. We told them that we've been waiting for two hours. They kept saying that it was not two hours. They're very unprofessional they kept yelling and screaming at each other and very unorganized.
Most disorganized clinic. Came in at 5pm, was sent to a room with another patient waiting. Waited until 6pm - closing time just to get tested for the flu. By 630pm, I get sent upstairs to wait in another room. By 7pm they start asking me why I'm here, even though I filled out the intake form. Nurse comes in with another patients insurance card and asked me who I am. After 2 hours I haven't even seen the doctor, nor do they have my insurance info. Ready to walk out. What a disaster. Go elsewhere!!!
Yesterday evening, I took my son with laceration above his eyebrow. It has been long since I came in to this urgent care pre Covid. I was hesitant to come in because of my past experience years ago, but the school nurse said that the wound looks deep and it is better to go to urgent care. I am glad that I brought him here. The service was very good. The staff took at us in right away. Dr. Yogi Pancholi explained what he is going to do and made my son comfortable. He was very patient and took very good care of my son. This place is totally different and has very good people now. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to everyone.
Went today and had a great experience! There was no wait time. We were seen immediately. All of the office staff were pleasant. Dr. Yogi, a new doctor at the practice, was the most informative doctor I've met. Not only did he clearly explain the issue but he also gave advice on vitamins that could be beneficial for treatment and and preventing another occurrence. I highly recommend this practice for urgent care.
