Very comfortable to work with. I saw their crew working in the back of my sub stopped exchanged contact information and got a call shortly there after. Gave me a quote which also includes warranty and without counting probably over 100 references. Very easy to talk to, fair and were in and out of there. Also gave me a referral for siding gutters and facia. Very happy would highly recommend!
I was very satisfied with my new roof that was installed last week. The sales process was smooth, no pressure like one of the other companies. I got three quotes and Oak was very reasonable, and I don't just shop by price. I was impressed that they were local and family run. They provided a nice list of references so I drove around to look at other jobs they did. Once we decided to go with Oak they supplied a list of jobs they had done, and they were sorted by color. We were able to drive around and look at buildings/homes that had the same colors we were interested in. The day before installation they arrived with a dumpster and materials. On installation day, Wow, what a crew, they had like 12 people here and the foreman was awesome. They were all very nice and friendly, hard working folks that seemed to care about their work. They did a nice job and cleaned up well. They had used drop cloths, but they also policed the area and picked up scraps. They were done ahead of the estimated completion time, and the dumpster picked up, which was appreciated, since it was Halloween.
John and Mike Claude were very easy to deal with before the job even began. Then both of the supervisor staff were very responsive to any and all questions I had as the project progressed. With all the many workers on site they actually completed a roof tear-off and replacement along with gutter screens, and extremely good clean-up in 7 hours. So, the even more remarkable thing was the fact there were NO discounts offered and their price turned out to be the best of 7 companies I had out; and I was able to pay, without any issues, with a credit card to make the total cost of the work easier to manage financially. Because of MY experience I highly recommend them!!
The guys showed up around 12:30 and left around 1600 job complete! They did an excellent job and installed my bathroom exhaust vent because my bath exhaust fan was not vented properly. Anyone needing a roof, I highly recommend giving Oak Roof a call!
Excellent job highly recommend! Very fair price. Excellent workmanship. Mike from oak roofing was wonderful I told him what roofing shingle & color I would like what color and brand what underlayment I preferred And he worked out all the rest was on top of his game very professional Mike also kept in touch . They also cut in and installed almost 100 ft of Owens Corning edge venting because I didn't have soffits vents now my roof vents properly now! . His crew ran by supervisor John and head installer Scott and 9 others. We're efficient professional they all work together well they didn't cut corners. Cleaned up well. . Job well done.
