It’s a nice facility, and the staff were friendly. I received a bill in the mail for $467.09. I paid $75 at the office. I thought my insurance had denied the claim; however, BCBS is covering most of the charges. The billing department at Women's Specialists of New Mexico is terrible. A weight-loss management appointment is NOT worth this headache. If I am charged sales tax after my appointment, why wasn't it included in the $75 appointment fee? I literally went there for weight management, help to avoid binge-eating, and then they started billing me incorrectly. I'm laughing that this place is now causing me the weight loss problem I went to fix.

What ever you do, DON’T give them your phone number. You’ll get spam for years. I’ve blocked almost a hundred numbers and called the staff to remove my phone number from their outreach. It’s never ending.

I love Oasis Med Spa and I am happy to recommend it to anyone. My favorite nurse, Erica, is so knowledgeable about all the latest treatment options. She always gives me honest advice, and tries the treatment on herself before she recommends it to me! She always explains everything in detail and my results have been amazing. In addition, they run an amazing black friday sale which saves you tons of money on your treatments throughout the year.

I have done multiple procedures with Jennifer and Erica and both of them are amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable! They have been able to make great recommendations for me and have helped me get my desired results. Would highly recommend both of them! The med spa is beautiful and always a very comfortable environment!

I love coming into Oasis at WSNM for my cosmetic procedures. The staff is amazing especially RN Erica Jeanetete she never stirs me wrong. She doesn’t ignore your pain but works with you and treats you like a person. I recommend anyone needing laser, filler, or cool sculpting to go to Oasis at WSNM. They are always running specials on services.
