Absolutely love this gym & Russ + Heather Ogg! From day one, they make you feel welcome and comfortable, no matter your fitness level. You’ll see people of all ages and goals working hard side by side — from beginners, just getting started, to experienced athletes pushing their limits. The atmosphere is friendly, fun and encouraging! They genuinely care and tailor every workout. Also love the nutrition plan- very much doable in everyday life with real time results. If you’ve been thinking about starting, stop waiting — you have nothing to lose (except lbs maybe 😜) and so much to gain 💪. Highly recommend giving it a shot! 🏋️♀️
Absolutely love training with Heather and Russ at Ogg! They care about their clients, set you up for success with meal plans and I can’t say enough about how damn hard they work me out, which is exactly what I needed! I’m already seeing great results after just one month and can’t wait to see where I’m at after 6 months. If you’re on the fence about it, get off it and get in here!
I really enjoy my sessions with Ogg Training Systems because Russell responds to your specific needs. He has a lot of knowledge and makes you feel at ease regardless of your skill level. He adequately challenges you, makes working out enjoyable, and overall motivates you to exercise. I would recommend him to everyone, regardless of their level of fitness, or goals.
The before and after are amazing to see with my appearance under Russell. The after picture was in December and I lost another 10 lbs since then. He is an amazing trainer who has the right amount of support, drive, and humor. Be prepared for the punch lines right on that final set of lifts! It’s a great environment with awesome people, great music, and amazing learning experience on not just how to workout better but live healthier. I wish I would have done this years sooner and highly recommend him to any age group.
I'm down 70 pounds of fat after 6 months of training at OGG Training Systems and I feel great! I highly recommend Russell and Heather Ogg if you are looking to get in better shape, lose weight, and/or build muscle and tone. This is the best place for guidance on nutrition and training. There is no ego here. Anyone you meet here is excited for you to begin your fitness journey! Russell provides a comprehensive meal plan that's easy to follow and prepare and plenty of support. The workouts are tailored for your fitness level. He never asks me to do something I'm not capable of, and he understands my limitations after knee surgeries and adjusts exercises as needed. The cost of training at OGG is no different than having a gym membership and paying for private lessons, and even cost lower per lesson with the unlimited plan. There is no fighting for equipment at OGG. Very few people are training at a given time and Russell has good control over where everyone needs to be. He guides you through each workout and makes sure you are getting the most out of your time.
