I like one stop auto care. They are really nice there. They give you a complete estimate. I took my car there like three times and have been very satisfied every time. It’s a big plus also that they are so close to my house cause I can drop off my car and then walk home.
Steve and his technicians have always been honest with me. Their integrity is beyond reproach. Because of this I trust him and his 'gang' for any services or repairs my truck needs. His pricing is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Dealing with One Stop is well worth the 80-mile one way trip to have them service my truck. Guess you could say that I'm a OneStop 'groupie'!
I am very grateful to have tried One Stop Auto Care three times so far for recent emergency care of my very important beloved vehicle. They have treated her with great care as she is now getting older (2006) and I cannot afford to buy another vehicle. It is difficult for me to find and trust honest, reliable, economic services, and it seems that OSAC will continue to be my auto service of choice. I appreciate that the Service Advisor, Kellby, is experienced, intelligent, a great empathetic listener and teacher, transparent, honest, and reliable. She shows respect and patience for my knowledge, too. And mechanic Jerry has been patient, kind and easy to talk with while transporting me to and from OSAC. And the owner, Steve, was helpful on the phone. All in all, they have really helped decrease my worries and stress about transportation and expenses. They show respect for what I am needing to do with my situation with sick and dying animals at home, domestic and wild. I wish they had OSAC businesses and such good employees all over the city.
Having looked at their website and feeling moved by just that, I decided to go to them for my brakes and an inspection. They provide me with a thorough inspection of all the things needed to be repaired. I couldn't afford all of them, and I was still glad to have the information. The took great care of me, my car and my ability to leave my car for the repairs. Also, providing me with a ride back and forth to the shop from my house. The brakes work perfectly. I highly recommended Steve and his team.
Bill did an excellent job of diagnosing my 2024 Honda Odyssey. He is very good and thorough. Kelly is amazingly nice and knowledgeable about cars. Steve, the owner is very dependable and I trust all of them very much. Thanks everyone, Scott
