Very happy with the service they provided. Was quoted $490 for parts and labour at best buy without them even looking at the computer. Onsite quoted me $160 for the repair and labour and got my laptop fixed quicker than they had even expected to! Will definitely be using Onsite again in the future for any tech issues I may have!

We use Onsite at work for the odd time we need some tech help. Just had my PC in the shop for some memory issues. Needed to replace the RAM. From drop off to pick up was a bit more than 24 hours for the diagnostic work, ordering parts, and replacing affected hardware. Kevin, Mike, and the crew are easy to work with and are straight shooters. No extras, no upsells, just good, quick work at a fair price. Recommended!
I was almost killed by this person on the highway. I watched them drive like a lunatic, weaving in and out of traffic, cutting people off, tailgating right on the bumper of other cars, and try to block others from changing/entering lanes by accelerating erratically. They also gave the middle finger in response to the car horn. I would not use this business under any circumstances. I took a photograph of the car after they were inches away from lane changing into the side of my car.
The staff at OnSite are helpful and professional. I have a great experience purchasing a new desk top computer system through this company. From ordering, data transfer to in-house installation, On-site made it easy and stress-free for us. The price is also reasonable. I highly recommend getting OnSite for any tech expertise.
