I started seeing Dr. Eli after an increase in running caused a childhood ankle injury to flare up. After 1 session, my condition was already improving, and I was equipped with simple exercises to perform to strengthen my ankle. In less than 2 months, I've gone from consistent pain while running a 5K, to running a half marathon absolutely pain free!
A little over a year ago I had a back disc herniation, laying on the floor, I was nearly paralyzed from the pain. After an ER visit, urgent care and a specialist visit that wanted to do surgery, I came here to see Jake. Within the hour I already felt better. Fast forward a year later, after regular therapy, I feel stronger than ever, back in the gym, lifting… Thank you Jake, I owe you, big time! I worked with Kelly for a muscle injury that wasn’t getting better after two months of rest. In only a few visits, that injury was relieved and I began rebuilding. I started PT with Onward because I was experiencing pain from Achilles tendonitis. It was limiting my ability to take long walks, run, or hike. After three sessions with Dr. Eli, which included home exercise plans, I hiked two long hikes successfully - a 2.5 hour one that was trail and road, up and down, and then a flatter 1+ hour one the next day. I didn't really experience any pain or discomfort during the hike, and I took another hike the next day. And it's all still going well!
