I had an amazing experience with this driving school, and I can’t recommend them enough. Ms. Pat was incredibly pleasant and kind. She is highly knowledgeable and truly excellent at what she does. From the moment I got into the car, she made me feel warm, welcome, and completely at ease. There was never a moment where I felt nervous and even if I felt anxious for a moment she made me feel right at home. Thanks to Ms. Pat, I was able to pass my driving test on the first try, even on a very busy day at the Roosevelt DMV. The road test was just exactly what she taught me. Her patience, guidance, and confidence made all the difference. I also want to give a special thank-you to Ms. Vania, who was just as pleasant, kind, and understanding when communicating with me over the phone and through email. This school is professional, prompt, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I would absolutely choose Ms. Pat and Orange Park Driving School again without hesitation. They are the best in the city! Come here if you need to get your driver license. 5 star service and 10/10 experience!
I had never driven before, so I was worried, but I'd say having Esperance and Patricia set me up for success. By the second lesson, I was capable of driving home and on the main road. Esperance did well by taking the basics step by step around the Orange Park Mall and noted my weaknesses to improve (which is very much needed), while Patricia was detailed when it comes to the car's mechanisms and broke down the DMV test maneuvers and practiced until I was ready. Both of them were understanding and patient. P.S, the instructor's car has a brake, so it made me more confident in driving since I was afraid of messing up.
Pat was AWESOME!!! She was very professional and timely. Our son was totally at ease with her throughout the entire process. After his first lesson with her, he was driving much more confident at home with us. He successfully passed his driver's test at the DMV the very first time after taking lessons with Pat!! We will definitely be signing our daughter up for lessons through them at the end of the year as well!!
Mrs Patricia was awesome! She was very patient with my during our drives and was easy to talk to. She let me get comfortable with the roads, turning, etc. But the one day she was out sick I was assigned another instructor, Mrs Pamela, she was awful. She wasn’t patient with me at all and made rude remarks the whole time. She even “joked” about me crashing the car and us getting killed, the whole ride with her was an unpleasant experience. The whole 2 hours she wouldn’t tell me what we were going to do, she just kept repeating “keep going straight until I tell you to turn” and then I missed a turn because she was rambling on about sushi??? I felt very unsafe in the car with her. I would not recommend Pamela to anybody. I don’t know how other people had the opposite experience than me with her, maybe she was having a bad day. Anyways, choose Mrs Patricia, you’ll learn how to drive in no time! 😁
Mrs Pat was the most amazing person ever. She was so kind to my son and so willing to give him the time he needed. I would recommend her over and over. The only bad thing I would say is the numbers online both via website and google do not go to the school all the time it’s very strange. Otherwise we made a great decision. If you are able to get your younger drivers with Mrs pat. She has the patience for them.
