Just tried a hot Pilates class here!!! It was amazing! The staff is so nice and knowledgeable and the heat was awesome! Class was 🔥🔥🔥
The classes are good, and the instructors are great too however the studio and the admin is not great. They are not transparent with their policies and tell you things once you come in one by one, once you sign up for the membership. For example, the $10 extra charge to so called keep your file when you pause it. The policy of not being able to cancel it while pausing it, for 30 days. Their late policy when arriving exactly at 6:30 pm on a snow storm when roads are a mess only to hear that “sorry we can’t let you in “ is ridiculous. The person in the front was closing the door at 6:29 pm. I suggest going to a studio that value your money and time more. Would not recommend.
Had the best first experience at OYF! From Sydney taking my initial call and answering my questions/ registering me, to Rachel greeting me the first time I walked in the door and showing me around, and Alex teaching an amazing class and being very validating - it was a great experience for someone like me who has never joined a gym or fitness club! I stepped out of my comfort zone doing this by myself but I highly recommend it for someone who may be more shy when it comes to fitness experiences. Once you adjust to the warm temperature of the studio it feels great and it’s amazing to see the difference your body feels at the start until the end of the class! Everyone is there for their own health and I love how the darker vibe of the studio made me feel less self conscious. If you’re new to this it is so worth trying their 10 day pass to see if it’s a fit for you! Looking forward to my next class :)
I wanted to take a moment to thank Oxygen Yoga for doing a trial package for people to have the opportunity to try it. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, classes have been awesome in awakening my body that hasn't done a good sweat detox and work out/ yoga for a long time. Not intimidating as you go at your pace and feel grateful. Thank-you for this opportunity it has been lovely and love sharing this studio.
I’ve been a member of Oxygen Yoga & Fitness for the past three months, and the experience has been truly exceptional. The studio offers a wide range of classes, including Power Core, Pilates, Hatha Yoga, and Cardio sessions — each designed to challenge and energize in different ways.The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and bring great energy to every class, creating a welcoming and motivating environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build strength, flexibility, and a consistent wellness routine in a positive community setting!
