I photographed a wedding at Paintworks a few weekends back and I can say this is easily one of my favourite wedding venues I've shot. it's got some great places outside for portraits too if you're you're looking for that kind of industrial clean vibe.
Such a fun relaxing vibe sipping a g n t chatting to my friend great tunes and fun helpful staff. No work of art but much pleasure creating my colourful piece. Fab music too. Would definitely go again. Book it you won’t regret it. Picture below the difference between night light and daylight.
Plenty of space for stalls with a nice bar cafe upstairs. Plenty of parking especially on weekends. Clean airy and great WiFi. Ensure customers know how to get to your specific place as there is a weird one way system.
We held our wedding at Paintworks and honestly couldn't have asked for a better venue. The space ended up looking exactly how we wanted it, and all our guests commented on what a nice place it was. Most of all though, Eider was fantastic - she really helped us realise what it was we were looking for, was unbelievably helpful in the planning and organising, and really kept things working properly on the day. If you're looking for a DIY event space, we would very highly recommend Paintworks!
