Daisy is the absolute best!!! She was so informative and so sweet, and made the spray tan process so easy!
Miss Rylee has a smile and spirit about her that is just contagious in the best way possible . Her friendly nature makes one feel so welcomed and she was just a joy speaking too during the brief time i had to wait. I think she is an awesome addition to an already amazing team . Keep up the great work ladies .
This location seems much cleaner than the location off E 41st. I only do the stand-up beds, so the cleanliness of the handles of the bed, doors, and goggles, seem to be much better here!
If I could leave zero stars, then I would, this is the closest location to my job so I take my 30 minute break and I come over and tan every time that I’ve came over here The girls are always so rude like they couldn’t be bothered to help anybody . But today coming in, really took the cake. Came in the door, stood there for 10 minutes or so before I had to ask if anybody was even there or even to get greeted. Then I was told to go into bed six which I did would not start so I had to let her know after yelling out the door. Embarrassing! Then she proceeded to tell me that it was actually bed seven so I go into bed seven get undressed again for it not to come on. At that point, my break was nearly over and I left without tanning. Why do I pay for a membership if I’m not able to tan at my convenience? This has got to be the worst location for customer service that I’ve ever encountered.
Staff here is the best! Shout out to Emma, Emily and Zoe! Zoe covered us and walked us to our car in the rain to protect our sunless tan!
