This company makes a big deal about being community minded. I am a disabled senior. I contacted them in the spring to do some work. They played with me for weeks.. first said that someone would be by for an estimate on the weekend. No one showed, then two weeks later they asked me for my address (ie there was never any intention to show up as they did not even write down my address).. Then still did not show up. Then they just ghosted me. To be clear, I had been very polite throughout. I actually still cry when I think about it. I will never understand why they treated me so cruelly.
This is the best lawn crew, very professional, good clean up and always reliable. They make our yard look really nice. Thanks for what you do so well.
