Received excellent care from NP Stephanie. She is very professional and wonderful at communicating. She responded promptly with any follow up questions I had and was very helpful. The lab services down the hallway was also very convenient.
Dr. Nora has been treating my crew for 10 years. We have had more than one weekend dental emergency. Dr. Nora picks up the emergency line herself and is always able to help us. I cannot say enough about her extensive experience as a pediatric dentist and personal care. I’m grateful for the routine care we get here and especially for the quick and professional care we get here in emergencies! She even consulted with the orthodontist and Dr. Upatham came to her office for my son.
I was excited to get a same day appointment for my daughter since we were on vacation when she started running a fever and coughing. After looking at the bios of all the doctors and NPs, I decided on Jaya Maewal. We arrived and we quickly checked in. Jaya came in did a quick exam, recommended a strep test and viral panel, and OTC cough medicine then quickly dismissed us. I told the nurse I would wait for test results although Jaya said she’d call with results and meds if needed. After the strep test results, they claimed they had to send the vital panel to Rady and again Jaya would call for results. This visit was on Oct. 9th, I called the 10th for results, the nurse didn’t see results and messaged Jaya to call. Today is the 20th and I’m still waiting on that call with the results. When arriving back home I had to have my pediatrician to request med records just to know what we were dealing with. If going to Perlman. I wouldn’t recommend Jaya if you want someone who is attentive and cares. This visit was a waste of my time and insurance dollars.
Exceptional service! My daughter’s pediatric appointment was insightful, helpful and positive. From the check in staff to nurses and doctor, we were met with really kind and helpful folks. Highly recommended!
I took my daughter to this clinic once before and we saw Dr. Julie Huffman McDaniel, our first impression is she’s great, we loved the experience. Our recent experience on 8/14/25 was horrible, I took her for a visit because my 10yr old is experiencing discoloration on her skin along with another symptom I don’t care to share. I was running a few mins behind and I called to let them know I was 12 mins late. When I got there I couldn’t get seen. Apparently there is a 10 minute grace period. They told us the provider needs 30 mins to see us. It was upsetting however, i understand rules are rules. And i would prefer to have my full time with the doctor. They were kind enough to schedule my daughter with another Dr. Maewal, Jaya Deepali, our first impression, she seems very rushed with us and not truly engaged with my daughters issues. She left the room to get labs but without saying bye, and I didn’t get a chance to ask her about Dermatology. I was expecting to get at least 30 mins of provider time, but it was more like 10. I am writing this review because if I was only getting 10 mins I could have kept my original appointment. I know this is my single experience but for my second visit with them it’s truly upsetting how we were treated, and I would like to share.
