I had an amazing experience with Julia today while searching for my engagement ring and band. She helped me choose the perfect one for me. It is absolutely stunning and her experience and knowledge shown throughout our time spent together. Julia made this such a fun and exciting day for me. Before the holidays, my son and I made an impromptu stop at Perry's. We had been on the hunt for a watch for his girlfriend for Christmas. We first encountered Michele at the front desk. I was a bit embarrassed at how we were so casually dressed. When I mentioned that, she was so kind and sweet and welcoming! We went into the showroom and met Lisa. She showed us some watches...very beautiful but clearly out of my son's price range. My son asked her what estate jewelry meant. Lisa proceeded to walk us throughout the store, taking the time to educate him on different stones, what things cost, and answering all of our questions about different pieces. She concluded by showing him the pearl section and suggesting a pretty pearl bracelet instead of the watch idea. Sure enough, a few days later he called her to purchase the lovely bracelet. I was extremely impressed with Michele and Lisa. Michele didn't bat an eye over what we looked like, but actually was very complimentary and extremely welcoming. Lisa went above and beyond to take that kind of time with us, especially after realizing we weren't going to be buying a watch. I highly recommend Perry's to anyone who wants excellent customer service as well as beautiful jewelry options to choose from.
Perry’s was the last stop in my search for a wedding band. We had been to many places and each of those sales people seemed less than enthused to help me find anything. We got to Perry’s and upon walking in we were greeted by Julia, a very bright and happy person. She was absolutely fantastic with myself, my fiancé and even my future mother in law. She made us feel so comfortable and listened to all opinions that were given. She let us all try on rings and gave many valuable options to try on. She kept us all laughing and smiling the entire time. Julia was so wonderful and has earned a couple lifetime customers. The prices were very reasonable and they were even running a sale! I would 1000% recommend Perry’s to everyone. So glad I found my wedding band!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Amanda. I had been communicating with her for weeks, and from the beginning she truly understood what I was looking for and never disappointed. She was incredibly patient and understanding, especially since I wasn’t sure when I’d be able to make the two-hour drive to see the rings in person. On Christmas Eve, my husband surprised me and we made the tripand it was more than worth it. Not only did Amanda have the ring I had been considering, she also showed me another one that I instantly fell in love with and couldn’t resist. To make the experience even better, my ring was resized the very same day, which was truly impressive. Thank you to Amanda and the entire amazing team for such outstanding service. This was a memorable and joyful experience from start to finish.
Carolyn knew my budget, respected it, showed professionalism in her selections, with solid reasons for her ideas about the products she showed me. She is delightful to talk to and I would recommend her service to anyone.
