I’ve been going to Petras for over 15 years and they have never disappointed me. This is a family-owned business that does excellent work, from simple jewelry and watch repairs to custom pieces. Customer service is always friendly, professional, and honest. Their prices are fair, and the quality of work is consistently great. I’ve had jewelry, watch repairs, and custom work done here, and every experience has been excellent. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an honest jeweler that does great work.
Petra and her staff are absolutely amazing, professional, and kind. I had my vintage ring resized and a crack/chip repaired in the band of the same ring. The ring is perfect now, they even cleaned it to look brand new again! I also had a watch resized in the same visit. This place is reasonably priced and I will return here for all of my jewelry needs in the future. Thank you, Petra!
Highly Highly Highly recommend!!! I can't say enough positive things about Petra. She is extremely an honorable jeweler she was very honest and upfront about all my questions. Juan is also fantastic and guided in the perfect direction. Great interaction at Petra’s. Took a pair of Yurman silver earrings that needed repair and it they were ready to go in 2 hours. Petra is friendly, helpful and delivers a great customer experience. Highly recommended.
Needed some quick repairs for a couple of watches that I have and this place came up. Love this little shop. Petra is great, very helpful and her team even did a little extra work that I didn't even ask for, that shows the amount of dedication that they have to their work. They had a great assortment of fine pieces here, plus plenty of quaint little decorations to give the place more character. Prices were fair and they moved very efficiently. If I need anymore help with some of the things I have, I am definitely coming back here.
