My only reason for joining this gym was to train with Barclay. She came highly recommended by a coworker who’s a member, and after three months I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. Every session, Barclay shows up with a well-thought-out plan that’s tailored to my limitations. She’s always right there making sure my form is solid, cheering me on, and reminding me I’m capable of more than I think. I leave each workout feeling stronger, energized, and with a little spring in my step—like I can take on the world😊 I really can’t recommend her enough or say enough about her without sounding like I have a gym crush. As for the gym, I love the hydromassage chairs. They are worth the upgrade. I really can’t speak on anything else since I only joined the gym to train with Barclay. However I will say the facilities are clean, and the front desk people are nice.
I love both facilities Madison and Hsv. The staff is amazing and the facilities are clean and bery spacious. No contract and it's only $35/mth to have access to both locations and hydromassage tables /tanning beds. I've gone at different times of the day even during peak hours and I've never had to wait on a machine. Phaze 3 has a variety of classes seven days a week for all fitness levels. ALSO, on much needed recovery days, I create my own a 3 hour spa day. Lol. Hot sauna, swimming (salt water pool)🏊♂️ jacuzzi, hot yoga🧘♀️ cool shower and then finish with hydromassage and one of their delicious meal replacement protein 😋 shakes,,woosah!!
Great gym with everything im one place including hot yoga swimming pool jacuzzi hydro massage weights and lots of machines.
There are two components to the gym I'd like to review: first being the gym facilities, and second being the personal training program they offer. For the gym itself: as long as you aren't looking for particular things the gym doesn't have (e.g. a basketball court, a running/sprinting track, a tennis court, etc.), the gym facilities are great. They keep them clean and, while I read many other reviews about how busy it can be, I found it still workable during busy times (usually earlier in the week seemed busier to me), not needing to wait too long. For the personal training program: my goals were to develop great form, learn more about fitness, and establish a pattern for working out that I could sustain for years to come. My personal trainer, Jalen, helped me attain all those goals. He had a great depth of experience and knowledge that could answer my questions and help perfect my form, and he was always available and present for each session. I have no reason to believe the same isn't true for other personal trainers, so I greatly recommend the program for anyone else interested. The only caveat to the above review might be whether you're willing to commit time to it, because both the gym membership and personal training program had minimum requirements when I signed up—could be different for you, but for me, if I recall correctly, I was told it was a 1 year initial membership for the gym and 3 month initial commitment for the personal training program. That worked fine for me, since I've lived here for more than a year anyway, but just a heads-up if you aren't able to make that commitment for whatever reason. As for cancellation: I had no problems cancelling after the initial commitment had passed. In my case, I completed my personal training goals after 4 months and cancelled without issues.
Perfectly fine gym! Been there for over a year now and it’s always a good experience. They are incredibly busy though during certain times so prepare to wait for machines if you’re doing specific things. Yoga classes are amazing. Mens locker room is hit or miss but they’ve been really diligent in their cleaning processes lately.
