This place is the impeccable, the food the location. Pho Sen has become our new favorite joint for pho🥹
My boyfriend and I have been searching for a place that is as good as our usual spot for Pho. No where has met the mark- EXCEPT HERE. I am picky about pho- a this one was DELICIOUS EVEN TO-go! We did the fatty brisket and round eye steak. It was PHENOMENAL. We actually were shocked we found somewhere in this area that competes with our regular spot (pho duck). THIS will now be our new spot around here. The only complaint my boyfriend had was that he said he wishes there was a bit more meat- other than that- it was wonderful. If your looking — look no further than here. This was worth every penny. 23 dollars for 2 pho 🍲 with 2 meats.
We got pho, pork chop and chicken wings. Pho is mild i like it, pork chop is good while the chicken wings is my favorite its so so good i recommend!
Tucked into a strip mall in China Town, next to the yummy Maru Raman, is this lil Viet place. We had Pho Dac Biet (Special), Seafood Pho, Chicken Bahn Mi and the Pork and Shrimp Vermicelli. The Pho Dac biet was ok.. not very complex like the broth you'd usually get with this dish. The Seafood Pho was great and loaded with shrimp. The Bahn Mi was so, so.. a little light on the fillings and average in flavor - nothing special. The Pork and Shrimp Vermicelli was good.. among the better I've had. The only thing some other places had that was better is the vinegar sauce... this one was a little watery. We also had their Thai Tea and Vietnamese Iced Coffees.. which they said they brewed each fresh from leaves/grounds. They were pretty good.. better than most restaurants mix based drinks! Service was ok and the place was a little loud, even though it wasn't full (lots of hard surfaces and just a loud space). Overall, it was good.
