I’ve been to several gyms, and none compare to this one. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. The community here is unmatched, everyone is so welcoming and motivating. It really feels like a family. Whether you are just starting out or you have been training for years, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!
I’ve been a member here for many years, a personal training client of Phil’s for a year and a half, and I’ve seen Cara for any number of aches and pains in that time. They are a highly professional, dedicated team. Every single exercise and workout is thoughtfully programmed. Phil has gone way beyond expectations, building equipment and designing workouts specific to my goals. He sees everything - every little detail - and communicates instruction clearly. This is a great gym with great people and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
I recently became a member of CrossFit CLE. I've only had a few classes so far, and my experiences have been phenomenal. And here are some of my thoughts: One of the coaches here, Josh Lavelle, has been just fantastic. As a person who has not worked out at all for a long time and who is just a novice athlete, he is willing to keep extra attention to me so that I become fitter and learn how to do weightlifting. Also, the community here is amicable and welcoming. I'd highly recommend it to everyone who not only wants to become a fitter person but to have a healthier life.
It’s been 2 weeks since I moved to Cleveland and before coming here I was afraid I’d have a hard time finding a gym as good as the one I was attending previously. I was so wrong! On my first trial class I already felt at home because of how welcoming everyone was. Coaches Josh and Phil are outstanding professionals and will make sure you’ll polish your technique and push you to do your best. I’m really happy I chose this box. Recommend 110%! 😊
Started coming here a month and a half ago from another CF gym and love it so much. I have been CrossFitting since 2012 and hold my L1s and also practice/teach yoga so I've known a lot of gyms - good and bad! I switched boxes because I felt discouraged and disappointed at my other gym - I was shamed for using different weights or modifying movements when Rx wasn't appropriate (never trust a coach who questions how well you know your body + what's right for you)!! I'm happy to report that Phil and Josh (head coaches) are among the most knowledgeable, encouraging, and kind coaches I've ever known. I have yet to NOT get personalized feedback during a workout, and I appreciate that so much. I leave this place feeling so good - partially because of the safe socialization I get to do (yes, they really do enforce mask wearing and cap classes) but mostly because of the wonderful workout! Programming is thoughtful and varied - never boring. They welcome athletes of all abilities, ages, and sizes, and do a wonderful job of accommodating various injuries and needs. I appreciate that I am never pressured to do Rx or shamed for modifying. The athlete community here is lovely, too. I'm very glad I switched and would highly recommend this gym to all CrossFitters - especially those who are new and looking for a welcoming and safe experience.
