We had such a great experience with Mary! Our little boy was kicking and screaming, having a full meltdown, with crowd and she handled it with so much patience and kindness. She stayed calm, gentle, and never made us feel rushed or embarrassed. She still managed to give him a great haircut despite all the chaos! You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about her clients especially the little ones. Highly recommend her!
I took my son here for his first haircut and they did an amazing job! I wasn't sure how short I wanted his hair to be, and Cecelia was so patient with me, went through a few clipping lengths for us to gradually see what would work best. We will be coming back for sure!
We’ve been going to Pooh X for a while now, and she’s absolutely amazing with kids! She used to work at the salon near our house, and when it closed, we were so bummed—until we tracked her down at her new location! She’s patient, kind, and always makes my child feel comfortable and excited about getting a haircut (which is no small task!). Her attention to detail and the way she connects with kids really sets her apart. We’re so happy to have found her again—if you're looking for a fantastic kids' stylist, look no further!
DO NOT get Chloe C. I am so sad and upset. She butchered my son’s first haircut. I asked for a trim and even showed a picture multiple times for length. Not only is the length SO much shorter than asked for, the cut is a hack job. She asked how I liked the length at the end and I said it was very short. She gave me the lent roller and went to the back and never came back out. No apology, no trying to fix it, no nothing. Posting a before and after pic and the picture I showed for length.
I recommend any parent to bring their little ones here. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, glad they were able to take me in last min. (I called first ) My son was being little fussy but Ms.Michell was great with him and patient with him and able to leave my son looking Handsome after . I’m a Happy Momma and the whole family approved and loved my sons hair cut …it was over due because I was worried to take my son somewhere that weren’t use to cut kids hair but this place took my worries away…I will surely be back soon
