Worked with Charlene for our 2 1/2 year son. She made it super easy and he never got nervous once. He was happy the entire time and his haircut was fantastic. Highly recommended!
We've gone here in the past for my boys haircuts when they were still really young and have always had great cuts and great experiences. We stop coming when my boys were old enough to get their haircuts at my husbands barber and when another salon opened closer to us for my girls. My youngest daughter got a bang cut at the other salon and ended up with a mullet-like haircut 😭 I kept going there anyway to try different stylists but always had the same result. I finally decided to make the drive and come back to Pigtails & Crew cuts. Finally we got a great bang cut for our sweet girl and the stylist (Dara, I believe) was able to blend the rest of her choppy side bangs so that it didn't look so off. I will now gladly make the drive down here because they got my baby girl looking cute again 🩷
Both of my little girls recently got haircuts here and I highly recommend it! My girls loved the experience and their haircuts turned out super cute! Becky, the stylist, was really sweet and helped my girls both feel comfortable. She even put sparkles in their hair at the end which they loved! I highly recommend her! All of the staff were super friendly and they gave out lollipops and stickers too. Also for the first haircut package they take a photo and save some hair which was such a cute idea!
very good hairdresser, I've been bringing my son here since he was two, now he's three and he really likes getting his hair cut here, my son is not afraid at all and always runs to get his hair cut with joy. Our hairdresser is Dara C. they give you lollipops for free
*I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON!!* Location Otay Ranch! I definitely do not recommend this place. I recently cut my son's hair and this is how it turned out. I am upset and disappointed. (My son was very calm and quiet during his haircut. I was watching him the whole time).
