Had a lot of hail damage on my roof and called Jeff Cummings, Platinum Roofing for a quote. Jeff was there in no time and spent time talking to my wife and I about the damage and how his crew could take care of us. Jeff worked with the Insurance company and had some changes approved to make it a better job. His crew was really a good, coordinated group of people. They actually had a good time, so it looked to me. The crew cleaned up all their trash and left the place clean. The roof looks FANTASTIC!!!! Jeff and his crew did more than what was on the quote with no extra out of pocket money to us. All in all, I highly recommend Jeff and his crew for your roofing. We needed to replace our roof and gutters due to hail damage in the East Mountains and Platinum Roofing was the best to work with. Jeff Cummings made the whole process so easy. He took the time to explain my insurance quote thoroughly, explained the process, and made the whole experience so pleasant. He was fast to book me in their schedule to get the work done and kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know! Besides, after doing my homework, there is no other roofing company that can beat their lifetime warranty of 50 years on there high definition shingles. SOLD!!! Thank you Jeff.
I had my roof done about a year ago and the price at workmanship were exceptional! There was shortage of materialbthat I have selected. The contractor had offered to put in temporary, yet upgraded, material at his own cost to be removed later when proper/matching material will arrive, if I chose to do so. Overall I had a great experience and will recommend to anybody who is looking for good roof with great warranty for reasonable price.
Jeff and his crew at Platinum Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof. I am extremely pleased with the entire process. The crew showed up early to start the work and the owner Jeff came by during installation to make sure everything was being done right. The job was done in a timely manner and looks absolutely beautiful. Platinum Roofing is very professional, efficient, and thorough. You can not go wrong with Platinum roofing.
