The least intimidating yoga environment I have ever been part of! Joanne makes everyone feel welcome and at home while leading each class with a relaxed and positive approach. Would recommend to anyone interested in a yoga studio in the area.
Fantastic yoga studio. Joanne is an awesome instructor and I really felt welcome from the moment I went into the beautiful studio. Great place to let the stress of the day leave your mind and body.
I have wanted to try yoga my whole life but between kids, working , living overseas and LIFE it didn’t happen and I thought maybe it was too late. Then I found this beautiful studio- it’s small and cozy- the vaulted ceiling gives the studio space and character. Most importantly the way Joanne teaches makes me feel safe so I feel I can do anything by taking it step by step. She explains and demonstrates and gives modifications and teaches us to be aware of our body. It’s been a few months now and I see so much progress in what my body can do and I love how it feels!
I highly recommend this yoga studio. I had a truly awesome experience today partaking in restorative yoga. This is a very warm welcoming comfortable studio and Joanne is by far one of the most amazing and authentic instructors I have ever had. We are fortunate to have her in our very own neighborhood.
Joanne has made a yoga-believer out of me. While I have always exercised, I had never considered adding yoga to my routine. I have come to realize that the things I didn’t “like” about yoga, are the very reasons that I need it. Joanne is an excellent instructor, whose soothing tone and depth of experience make her a great fit for any yoga practitioner. I highly recommend Joanne and her studio.
